Upcoming Opportunities for Caregivers

Are you or someone you know caring for a loved one with dementia? There are some great opportunities for you to get the knowledge and support you need right here in Forsyth County!

Powerful Tools for Caregivers, will be held on Tuesday evenings from 6-8 in Kernersville beginning January 22nd. The six week program provides you with a copy of the Caregiver’s Help Book as well as stress relief and education. The course is free, but you must register. SEE THE FLYER for details.

A Dementia Caregiver Workshop, “Energize your Caregiving” will be held on Friday, January 25th at Heritage Woods in Winston Salem. The free workshop will be held 1:30-3:30 pm, with registration at 1:00 pm. SEE THE FLYER for details.

Early Onset Alzheimer’s Caregiver Support Group for caregivers of patients under 60 will begin on Friday February 1st at 4:00 pm at Homestead Hills in Winston Salem. SEE THE FLYER for details.
